Every year IP hosts a wonderful party for the employee's kids and grandkids...here's a peek at the fun we had.
We had to stand in line quite awhile to see Santa this year and were glad my parents were there to help entertain the kiddos.

This year they did something new and hired a guy (the same one who is always at Chili's) to make balloon creations for the kids while they were waiting in line. Brynlee was thrilled with her pink and red flower. Quinton went without b/c this mom (thanks to her mom and tales from when she worked in the ER) is terrified of babies choking on balloons!
At first Bryn was a little nervous but we shoved her up there so fast she didn't have too much time to think about it and we told her how brave she needed to be for her brother and it worked...notice that genuine smile...so nice not to have the screaming child this year!!
Santa even brings each child a special "pre-Christmas" gift. She was so excited to open a present.
I am so thankful that Steve works for such a family oriented company!
