I have finally found a moment to post some photos of Quinton's 1st birthday party.
We had a great time celebrating with family and friends!
Quinton was quick to find his presents and he started pulling them off the table. Nothing like letting the party be child led. He even sat through opening most of them-he liked pulling the tissue paper out of the bags! (I am sure this reminds him of pulling kleenex out of the box, which is one of his favorite past times.)
The funniest and perhaps the best part of his party was when it it was time for cake. I will just cut to the chase and tell you...he despised the cake. Now, let me just say that it really did taste delicious, my child just seems to have severe texture issues and proceeded to gag on the first bite and then without hesitation throw the rest of it on the floor. The pictures do not even do his disgust justice!! He did LOVE the ice cream though.
