So...we are in the process of "redoing" our house. With the holidays right around the corner I am thinking we are a little nuts, but what can I say...I take after my parents (wink, wink-love you both). After deciding not to move to a new home, Steve and I decided that we HAD to make some changes to our home which includes; painting, new flooring (I am most excited about this), new fixtures and rearranging furniture and pictures!!
The fun began last week when Steve went to San Fransisco to see a Bears game. With the AMAZING help of my parents, we started painting the living room, dining room, hallway, and foyer -you might notice random paint colors on the wall-we couldn't decide which colors to use so we bought quite a few samples. We are now DONE painting and are getting ready for new flooring. I can't wait to post new pictures of our improved home. It feels so good to envision a project and actually see it come together!
Brynlee had fun painting as well-she is quite the graffiti artist!

That would make me excited too! (except I do think you are crazy for doing it around the holiday season...but who am I to talk about having lots of irons in the fire) Be sure to post pictures, I am excited to see (I love stuff like this) Are you getting wood flooring?
